These classes have only five people in a class you will get individual personalised attention, which you don’t get in large group reformer classes.

These 50-minute classes are fun, dynamic and have medium to fast flow. This is where you will receive a great work out.

We teach contemporary pilates, based on the classical method and we focus on teaching you excellent movement technique, following the Pilates principles. Powerhouse, Concentration, Breathing, Precision, Control and flow.

When you combine all the principles with the movement, you feel the method as 'A Full Body of Work.  These classes are challenging. You feel worked, revitalised and rejuvenated.

Ideally, it would be best if you were mostly healthy and injury free to attend. Classes must be pre-paid by booking online.

These classes are at set times, they are action-packed. Everyone is welcome, all levels of fitness, experience, body types, we are an inclusive studio. In these classes, everyone is doing the same program and some modifications are given to each person as the exercises are instructed.
