Kate is funny and beautiful, look at those eyes; she was the most accessible model to shoot as well!
She has been doing Pilates for over twenty plus years, and she knows quality, we are delighted to have her at our studio.
Kate was referred by the amazing, Jim the chiropractor downstairs and was looking for a new studio to join.
We thought we would ask her some questions.
What did you eat for breakfast Kate? Smoothies with banana, blueberries, coconut milk and a raw egg
The best advice you’ve ever had? No one wants to hear you complain about getting old so don’t! From my 93-year-old grandmother!
Favourite Pilates Exercise? Anything on the reformer but especially diamond press and scooter
An indulgence you can’t live without? Chai latte
Do you have a motto? Don’t be too serious, life is meant to be fun
What’s the most challenging aspect of your job? Every client is different so every project needs to be different
Why Mr Pilates? He’s the best!
What do you appreciate most about your body? That is made my two beautiful children
